The Forestburgh Playhouse puts on some great presentations of all of the great classics like Fiddler on the Roof, Singing in the Rain and A Chorus Line. Then there is a trip to the historical Maverick Concert Hall which was constructed by hand in 1916. It is such a great old wood building in the forest. It has perfect acoustics and it draws all sorts of amazing musicians into this intimate setting.

These mountains are also the home of Woodstock which is a town that has all sorts of creative people living in it.
